These Terms & Conditions apply whenever you use Maqor, its related site pages, and any optional service features.

1. Definitions

In these Terms, the Service means Maqor, its site pages, community features, profile tools, optional purchases, and support processes made available through the app.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Maqor, you accept these Terms and agree to follow them each time you use the Service. The community area is intended for adults only and for people who are 18 or older.

3. Use of the Service

You may use the Service only for lawful, personal, and community-appropriate purposes. Do not misuse the app, attempt to interfere with operations, or use the Service to submit harmful, abusive, deceptive, or illegal material. If you are under 18, do not create an account, submit user-generated content, or use the community features.

4. User Accounts

You are responsible for the account information you provide, for activity that occurs through your account, and for keeping your access methods secure.

5. Intellectual Property

The Service, including software, design, branding, and original service materials, belongs to Maqor or its licensors. You keep ownership of your user content, but you grant the permissions needed for us to host, display, process, moderate, and operate it within the Service.

6. User Content and Community Rules

You remain responsible for the user content, posts, captions, photos, and other materials you submit. You must not post harassment, abuse, fake information, fraud, hateful material, illegal conduct, or other prohibited content. You can report or flag content, block other members, and contact support when you need help. We review reports promptly and aim to act on objectionable content reports within 24 hours. We may hide or remove content, restrict features, suspend accounts, eject abusive users, or terminate access when needed to moderate the community.

7. Purchases and Credits

Some features may require an in-app purchase through Apple and the App Store. Any coins or other virtual goods are consumable digital items, are not redeemable for cash, and may be subject to final sale or non-refundable rules except where law requires otherwise. You are responsible for reviewing purchase details before checkout, and you should use the restore flow when eligible.

8. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided on an as-available basis. To the maximum extent allowed by law, we disclaim warranties regarding uninterrupted operation, content accuracy, and specific results, and we limit liability for indirect or consequential damages.

9. Service Availability

We may change, suspend, or discontinue features at any time, including community tools, purchases, or support processes.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after the updated Terms are published means you accept the revised version.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws that apply where the service operator is established, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
